Talks To... Richard T. Jones (Agent James Ellison)
Continuing our marathon of interviews with the cast of Terminator:
The Sarah Connor Chronicles, we now share our interview with
Richard T. Jones (Agent James Ellison) conducted by TerminatorSite's
Craig Byrne.
"I believe what drives [Ellison] is a little bit of anger,
and a little bit of frustration, because she was the case that got
away from me," Jones says of his character. "My career
has become stagnant because I lost the crazy one who talked about
the robots, so now I'm almost like the X-Files guy. Nobody wants
to work with me, and I'm the guy who gets the cases like 'who stole
McDonald's' and that type of stuff, and I think he's just motivated
by solving the case that got away."
Jones hopes that eventually his path will cross with that of Sarah
Connor. "I can't wait for that to start happening," he
says. "Right now I'm still on the chase. I think as I get closer
to the revelation of Sarah Connor still being around, and as I get
closer to the revelation of robots existing, I think eventually
I'm going to have to run into her," he laughs.
Thanks go out to Richard T. Jones for speaking with us! Next up...
